At Smile Invent Dental Clinic, Bandra East, Mumbai, we follow transparent and ethical
practices for cancellations and refunds. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis,
subject to clinical and administrative assessment.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations must be requested at the earliest after booking.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted once treatment planning, laboratory
work, or procurement of dental materials has begun.
REFUND

Refunds may be considered in cases of incorrect or duplicate payment, or when a
patient becomes medically unfit to proceed with the planned treatment.

Dental treatments are medical procedures and outcomes may vary; refunds, if any,
are approved only after internal clinical review.

Fees for consultations, diagnosis, X-rays, treatment planning, membership plans,
and laboratory work are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESSING

A written request must be submitted within 6 months of treatment initiation or
completion.

Dental appliances (crowns, dentures, aligners, implants, orthodontic appliances)
must be returned to be eligible for refund consideration.

Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 working days via bank transfer or
clinic credit.
REFUNDS NOT APPLICABLE
- Once treatment has started or appliances have been ordered or placed

Due to patient non-compliance, delayed follow-ups, or treatment taken elsewhere
- For aligners after scans or impressions are completed

For treatments availed under zero-interest or third-party finance schemes
